How enquiry details are handled.

Information collected

The enquiry form collects your name, company, phone number, product interest, project location and project message. If quotation requests are enabled, the request form also collects selected products and quantities, name, company, phone number, project location, optional email and notes.

How it is used

Enquiries are emailed to the sales team and are not stored in the website CMS. Quotation requests are saved in the website database for sales follow-up and an email notification is attempted. Email delivery and anti-spam services may process the submission to provide those functions.
